Visionnaire & The Longevity SuiteA new vision is emerging in the world of design, looking towards a future of living shaped by a new paradigm of health and wellbeing applied to everyday spaces. Visionnaire and The Longevity Suite – Europe’s most advanced network of Biohacking & Anti-Aging City Clinics – have joined forces in a collaboration that seeks to answer a fundamental question: how should the spaces we inhabit be designed to support a long, high-quality life? The result is a design concept that transforms domestic environments into spaces of energy, balance and continuous regeneration, where Italian craftsmanship, bespoke interior architecture and advanced expertise in longevity converge to create a seamless, integrated residential experience.
Visionnaire & The Longevity Suite 2The project is founded on a holistic architectural approach, in which every element is carefully considered to promote both physical and emotional wellbeing. This means addressing indoor air quality, the use of low-emission materials, reduced exposure to electromagnetic fields, water quality, circadian lighting systems and overall physiological comfort. These advanced technical and architectural solutions are designed to make a tangible contribution to individual wellbeing in everyday life. In this way, the home – conceived as “Longevity Ready” – evolves from a passive space into an active environment.
Hydor Tower, design LUCA DINI Design & ArchitectureThe partnership between Visionnaire and The Longevity Suite takes shape through an integrated, scalable design approach, articulated in three distinct solutions. The first encompasses Longevity Residential Buildings and Compounds: an urban living model that combines Longevity Ready residences with bespoke Visionnaire interiors and a wide range of shared services, from wellness facilities to a dedicated The Longevity Suite clinic. The second focuses on Longevity Resorts and Private Villas, developed according to the Longevity-Ready Homes model and designed to function as an active, integrated infrastructure for wellbeing across every dimension of daily living.
Hydor Tower, design LUCA DINI Design & ArchitectureThe third brings this approach into a more intimate setting through Signature Spas and Home Wellness: bespoke spa concepts conceived specifically for the domestic environment. The ideal embodiment of this exclusive partnership and its forward-looking architectural vision is Hydor Tower. Designed by Luca Dini Design & Architecture, the project interprets the building as a living organism capable of interacting with natural elements and transforming them into active contributors to wellbeing. Rising across 12 floors, plus two basement levels, the tower accommodates a Longevity Spa, service and social spaces, alongside residences offered in four apartment typologies. Its defining feature is an “intelligent” façade, inspired by the imagery of water and characterised by leaf-shaped tubular brise-soleil elements. The façade captures light, filters air and contributes to the building’s energy performance. It is precisely this relationship with the natural environment that will guide the first applications of the concept, which are planned for coastal settings. In these locations, the architectural language translates the connection with the waterfront through advanced glazed façade systems, establishing a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior.
