On the shores of Juhu Beach in Mumbai, the studio
Lissoni Casal Ribeiro has designed
Gaya Beach House, an ode to Italian design that accommodates three generations of the same family. The project reflects a cosmopolitan lifestyle, blending the essential aesthetics of Italian design with multicultural references in a sophisticated play of contrasts. The building unfolds over six floors of sculptural architecture, with recessed terraces and narrow vertical openings that establish an intimate dialogue between interior and exterior, ensuring both light and privacy.

Double-height, lushly planted courtyards act as a filter between the glazed façades and the interior spaces. Inside, the life of the home is orchestrated by two monumental staircases, resembling floating ribbons, which elegantly separate the public areas, also intended for official events, from the private ones. The result is a timeless atmosphere, defined by a tailored approach. In this context, Porro contributes with a selection of iconic furnishings and bespoke solutions, reaffirming the brand's ability to fit seamlessly into the most ambitious international projects.
