Presented at the Salone del Mobile, Origina expands the brand’s design horizons through its minimalist, modular, and material-driven language. Febal Casa’s proposal is conceived as a full-fledged architectural project, capable of creating spaces while simultaneously connecting environments and people. It does so first and foremost through the Atlas Island, positioned at the center of the composition: its rigorous expression and essential geometry make the kitchen the visual focal point of any living space, around which domestic life revolves dynamically.
The island’s generous dimensions make it ideal from multiple perspectives: highly functional for those who love to cook, spacious for storage thanks to its ample capacity, and perfectly suited to accommodate everyday moments with great versatility. Moreover, the selection of materials used for the worktop, sides, and base gives it a strong, highly tactile character. A refined design detail is the plinth with 45° joints, which visually lightens the volume, while the doors with bronze mirrored aluminum frames capture and reflect light, adding depth and brightness to the composition.
In this configuration, Origina is paired with a system of tall units that completes the setting with remarkable lightness. Glass doors and backlit shelves articulate the walls, adding rhythm and a warm atmosphere. These elements become not only storage solutions but also strongly decorative features.
In addition to the main, scenographic area with its strong visual impact, the Origina system can be combined with other Febal Casa solutions to create a second, more discreet operational area designed for everyday tasks – without compromising the overall stylistic coherence of the space.
