Luxury and lifestyle

Elie Saab and Art of Living x Ektar, Arena Group's luxury brand, collaborate on the development of exclusive residences in Casablanca, offering a new vision of luxury and lifestyle

Built according to architectural designs by Saota studio and Uniarchi of Casablanca, these newly constructed residences will be furnished with furniture and decorative elements from the Elie Saab Maison collection, designed in collaboration between Elie Saab and Carlo Colombo, developed under license by Corporate Brand – A++ Group, and produced in Italy. The real estate development includes spacious apartments, duplexes, and penthouses with two to four bedrooms, boasting areas of up to 1,000 sqm.

The interior styles draw inspiration from fashion seasons: the light and airy tones, and contemporary atmosphere of the Spring/Summer collection; the warm hues and enveloping environments of the Autumn/Winter collection. Many of the residences will enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as private pools and gardens, fully reflecting the Elie Saab lifestyle.
