Elegant lines

Simone Ciarmoli and Miguel Queda have created the Marina collection for OfficinaCiani, a line of outdoor furnishings where wrought iron becomes a pictorial feature

Like a painter bent on underlining details, Simone Ciarmoli and Miguel Queda have invented a double strip for the armrests of the seats and the legs of tables of the Marina collection, a sign like a double brushstroke for greater emphasis. The initial idea of OfficinaCiani, a Florence-based company specialized in furnishings and lighting fixtures in wrought iron, called for a rust color, but today Marina has expanded its color range and its offerings. The collection includes a chair with or without armrests, square and round dining tables of various sizes, to accompany linear and corner sofas, armchairs and low tables.

Relying on a tradition since the turn of the 19th century for the creation of iron furniture, all the pieces are made by hand in Florence, also with complementary materials, such as the table tops in travertine. The entire Marina line can be customized, and also comes with indoor finishes.
