All the carpets of the Hand Made collection are produced by qualified artisans in the workshops of Carpet Edition, a brand founded in 2005 by the company Indikon, a leader in the production and distribution of carpets. The production processes of these handmade carpets are based on age-old passages, which can be personalized in terms of sizing and design, also to create one-of-a-kind pieces. The catalogue illustrates infinite solutions, in a wide range of materials that include natural fibers like wool, banana silk, linen and hemp. The patterns shift from gentle to rigorous lines, while the colors move from neutral tones to brighter hues. In recent years the brand has worked with outstanding designers like Michela Alquati and Sebastian Corso, Serena Confalonieri, Emanuela Garbin and Michela Boglietti, Sara Ferrari, Giulia Ferraris, Roberta Mari and Silvia Z. Pio, as well as Studio Romani Saccani Architetti Associati and Studio Salaris. All have been granted total freedom to express their creativity, thanks to the company’s support.
