I believe the swimming pool perched at the bow between the upper deck and the main deck is a visionary idea, with which once again Alberto has amazed us for his innovative solutions.”

A contemporary idea of navigation, expressed through clean lines that make the design dynamic and create an unexpected indoor-outdoor bond, to amplify the relationship between human beings and the sea, giving rise to spaces filled with light. “The decks – Alberto Mancini explains – had to offer more zones for relaxation and socializing, but the balance between indoor and outdoor spaces had to be instinctive, luminous and serendipitous.” Light becomes the protagonist of various areas of Apache, as in the saloon and the dining room on the main deck, covering 118 sqm, in the four guest cabins and the luxurious VIP suite at the bow, wrapped by large windows.

In the beach club, one has a forceful impression of the indoor-outdoor balance: the lateral terraces – which open or fold shut – provide an open-air zone of 125 sqm, equipped with a pool that ‘plunges’ into the sea, reached by means of a large central staircase. “I wanted to avoid the typical ‘dark cavern’ effect we see in many beach clubs today,” Mancini continues. “This is why the beach club of Apache is not just an area from which to access the sea, but also a place that can be utilized at anchor, during the say, totally integrated with the main deck saloon, to be utilized day and night as an extension of the outdoor living space.”

Every finish becomes the narrative of exclusive status, formulated by the Genoa-based shipyard in constant pursuit of beauty. The fine workmanship can be seen in the interiors, where fabrics and wallpapers by Loro Piana are skillfully combined with dark blue paneling in ashwood, oak floors and nabuk suede.
The stylistic refinements reach their apex in the sophisticated owner’s cabin at the bow, on the upper deck, with direct access to one of the most daring elements of the superyacht: the Flying Pool, a glass swimming pool of over nine meters created with a transparent base, to allow light to enter the fitness zone below. Swimmers feel suspended in the void, wrapped in the wonders of the sea.
