Wall&decò sempre più marketing oriented

Con l’arrivo al timone di Christian Tomadini l’azienda di Cervia completa la prima linea manageriale e ridisegna un profilo aziendale dalla vocazione internazionale e dal deciso orientamento al mercato

In un comparto come quello dell’arredamento e delle finiture, dove le aziende famigliari si contano a centinaia e dove management è un concetto da dosare con il contagocce, leggere che un AD torna a fare il suo mestiere preferito e lascia spazio a una figura professionale esterna alla famiglia è già di per sé una notizia.
Questo è successo in Wall&decò, dove Christian Benini – fondatore e capitano da sempre – torna a fare il mestiere di Direttore Creativo per lasciare il posto di Managing Director a un altro Christian, che di cognome fa Tomadini. width=
Una carriera tutta friulana (la sua terra) tra Fantoni, Moroso e LaCividina, dove ha fin da subito assunto incarichi di crescente responsabilità che l’hanno portato a sedersi al tavolo delle Direzioni Generali. Un’esperienza che è transitata dall’organizzazione per approdare alla gestione e al marketing: un ensemble – per usare un termine caro alla musica – di competenze che lo hanno leggermente allontanato dai numeri dall’ingegneria per  avvicinarlo a quelli del mondo commerciale, completandone armonicamente un profilo che può contare su una leadership naturale.
Con l’arrivo di Christian Tomadini Wall&decò chiude un cerchio, quello dello staff pronto per i mercati globali, fondamentale per un’azienda che appartiene a una multinazionale – Embellence Group AB – quotata al Nasdaq.
