Founded in 1990, this event for the international real estate market takes place at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes. MIPIM has the aim of creating connections among players in the international real estate sector. The fair welcomes 26,800 participants, representing the entire value chain (from investors to financial institutions, cities and local agencies, architects and hotel chains), and all categories of activity (residential to healthcare, infrastructures to offices, hotels and much more). The MIPIM Awards provide international honors for the finest architectural and urban projects on the international scene.
