Songmont

Shanghai | Archstudio

For the Songmont store in Shanghai, Archstudio translates the brand’s name – “pines under the mountain” – into a physical space. The design draws inspiration from wind-sculpted canyons and rock formations, yet the raw harshness of nature is stripped away and reinterpreted through a feminine lens. The result is a soft, warm, and bright interior that evokes a sense of joy and relaxation. This user-centered approach transforms a powerful landscape into a gentle, welcoming shopping experience, reflecting the identity of a women’s bag brand. The space becomes an extension of the brand’s Eastern philosophy, where timeless aesthetics and functionality merge into a seamless experience.
