Memorial Houston Medical, LondonTo cross the threshold of an ELIE SAAB Maison environment is to enter a universe where every surface, proportion and light tells a story of refinement and precision. The approach stems from fashion and translates into a design that does not just decorate, but interprets and sculpts space with the same craftsmanship reserved for a made-to-measure. This has given rise to an interior proposal that is a direct reflection of Elie Saab’s identity, taste, and vision translated into a complete lifestyle, embracing furnishings, finishes, fabrics, and accessories to create an unprecedented as much as sought-after dimension of living following the brand’s DNA.
This philosophy takes shape through a multidisciplinary system that integrates interior design, creative direction, product design, and industrial management in which each project is a unique piece, designed to dialogue with architecture, local culture, and specific needs. Standard solutions are complemented by a tailor-made approach and a flexible methodology capable of adapting and transforming each environment into a coherent and distinctive narrative.

As Marco Bizzozzero, General Manager ELIE SAAB Maison says, “The project is a representation of what Elie Saab and architect Carlo Colombo wanted at the beginning of this journey, which is to create well-rounded and tailored solutions that can be heterogeneous and above all a reflection of the brand’s identity. We have brought to the market an element of innovation because the design is the distinctive feature, the creative and production flow follows a sartorial and complete lifestyle idea. We have the ability to penetrate into different areas depending on whether we are touting project, distribution or retailer activities, not forgetting the constant dialogue with industry professionals. Being part of Paolo and Carlo Colombo‘s A++ Group allows us to grasp the needs of developers and the market in general, in terms of budget, cost, design, then also durability and materials.”
The brand’s strength lies in its ability to combine aesthetics and functionality, even in complex contexts, declining its know-how for the realization of different projects, such as hotels, private villas, private clinics, yachts and hospitality, just to name a few. An emblematic example is the Memorial Houston Medical private clinic in London, where research on materials and fabrics had to meet health regulations without compromising visual elegance and emotional warmth. The result is a space that keeps the Maison’s stylistic signature intact, demonstrating how beauty and technique can coexist harmoniously.

Similarly, in the villa in Sint Maarten-part of the Infinity Villas ecosystem-the challenge was to develop saltwater-resistant finishes while maintaining the brand’s signature sophisticated language. Here, design confronts nature, embracing and enhancing it, creating environments that breathe with the landscape and amplify its beauty.
Each intervention is also an exercise in identity. In Kuwait, a private project by designer Sahar Ghazale. saw the Maison interpret the local culture through a bespoke interior, where materials, proportions and atmospheres were calibrated to meet the expectations of a demanding and cosmopolitan client.

Similarly in Mexico, the Maison residential complex in Bosque Real brought the brand’s lifestyle vision to a high-profile setting, with rooms that reflect the balance between elegance and functionality-a complete supply for every space, reflecting ELIE SAAB Maison’s ability to offer turnkey solutions. The international structure-with professionals active between Milan, Paris, Beirut, Dubai, Miami etc. – guarantees a global sensitivity and a local approach, capable of reading contexts and translating them into coherent solutions.
This has enabled the brand to realize more than 25 projects in 5 years, bringing ELIE SAAB Maison to a leading position in branded real estate. Each project is accompanied all along the way: from the concept phase to turnkey delivery and after-sales. This care is reflected as much in large-scale projects as it is in the development of dedicated micro-collections and capsules, as in the POST Hotel & Residences by ELIE SAAB in Andermatt, where much of the furniture was custom-designed by studio A++ to dialogue with the alpine architecture and mood of the resort.

Production, managed through a network of Italian artisans and a proprietary structure, allows high quality standards to be maintained and timeframes compatible with the needs of construction sites, all of which allows flexibility to operate varied projects, but always with the same attention to detail and stylistic consistency. In each intervention, ELIE SAAB Maison demonstrates that luxury is not ostentation, but balance. It is the ability to create spaces that speak of beauty, functionality and identity. It is the willingness to bring a lifestyle vision to every lived environment, transforming interior design into an emotional and lasting experience.
