This art hotel is housed in a reinforced concrete and glass structure designed in the 1970s by architect Laura Petrazzini and artist Corrado Levi. Renovated by architect Valter Canuto, with artistic direction by Elisa Sighicelli, it hosts a large private collection of Arte Povera and contemporary artworks, in dialogue with the architecture.

In the renovated suites, attention to detail expresses balance, comfort, and the pursuit of beauty through finishes like the brushed dark bronze of the Eikon Exé series, with its slim profiles and squared corners. Outside the rooms, the backlit Eikon Tactil card readers are discreet presences that protrude just a few millimeters from the wall. All of this contributes to smart hospitality, thanks to the KNX hotel management system, with integrated Vimar products, respecting art and architectural history.
