A design alliance

A new strategic partnership brings Diviana and Bredaquaranta together in Milan. The alliance blends Italian design with Indian manufacturing to accelerate growth in the global luxury interior design sector

A year and a half after opening its first Milan showroom, Diviana is taking a decisive step in its growth journey by forging a new strategic alliance with Bredaquaranta, a key player in the high-end interior design scene. The agreement unites two companies that share a common vision of excellence in design and service, with the goal of setting new standards in the industry.

A historic and established company, Bredaquaranta is recognized for its curatorial approach and its ability to offer an integrated system, from personalized consulting to delivery. The partnership is designed to enhance the services offered by Diviana, providing clients with a qualified and continuous point of reference at every stage of the project and strengthening the brand’s local presence.

Specializing in luxury interior design solutions, Diviana is distinguished by its ability to blend Italian design with Indian manufacturing excellence, combining bespoke woodworking and contract expertise. As CEO & Founder Kapil Chopra emphasizes, “this partnership brings together the best of Italian design heritage and Indian craftsmanship to create timeless luxury interiors for an international audience.”

The alliance is also strategic for Bredaquaranta. “In a context where Italian design must distinguish itself through quality and the ability to interpret global markets, this collaboration holds great value,” states CEO Davide D’Avico. “We were impressed by Diviana’s ability to enhance materials and by the high quality of its production. Together, we will be able to offer complete solutions, exporting an authentic vision of design excellence.”

With this agreement, Diviana not only strengthens its commercial and project structure but also lays the groundwork for a new phase of development, focused on international expansion—with an emphasis on the Middle East and the United States—and the continuous improvement of the client experience. It is a union of expertise that aims to define a new chapter in the global luxury interior design sector.
